About Me

I am a Private Chef from Austin, Texas. I started working in the food industry in 2001. I started in fast food, making my way up to casual dining restaurants and after attending Culinary School, I found myself working the fine dining scene.
I have been involved in several TCA Banquets and fundraisers including the March of Dimes Chef Auction and ACS Cancer Cook-Off.
I now split my time between Private Chef and Culinary Blogger, living in Waco, Texas with my wife and two children.
